We want you to love your Farmacy favorites, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid USPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our hive receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
